TIME YOUR HYDRATION

March 12, 2018

Hydration is KEY! It is sooo important in our lives yet so many of us forget it. Did you know that our body is made up of around 55% water? So it makes sense to keep our bodies hydrated to keep them healthy. I don't know about you but I find when I am properly hydrated I function a lot better. I also see a reduction in blemishes on my body and my skin feels plumper. Something I have been doing lately is keeping track of how much I drink throughout the day.  To do this I have labelled my water bottle with the times of the day. This is great because if I haven't had any water for an hour or two you can easily see it on my bottle and then can gulp down that water.  Its great! I have also made a free printable for you all to print out and do the same thing! You can find the download at the bottom of this post

HOW TO:

Using my free printable, draw around the times so that you can cut them up neatly. I kept mine simple and square, but you can be creative and draw hearts, circles or even clouds. Cut up the times and if you have printed on sticker paper simply peel and stick onto your bottle - simple. However, you can easily create this with normal A4 paper and just stick it down on your bottle with cello-tape. It works just the same and keeps the paper waterproof! It is as simple as that! You can now time your water intake just like me!

I purchased this bottle from Wilko for £2! They have other colours too so be sure to check out this little find. It is great if you don't like the taste of water because you can infuse it with fruits. I personally love just plain water, but occasionally I will drink flavoured fruit water as it can reap so many health benefits. One of my favourite flavours is chopped cucumbers and strawberries...YUM!

I would love to see if any of you use this printable, so if you do please tag me on Instagram @chrissisblogs and use the hashtag #wellnessmonthmarch !
