Juicing - Is it any good?

So a few weeks ago I started juicing. I tried a 3 day juice cleanse, which means I only had juice for 3 days, and I have to say, it was hard! I don't know how people can do juice cleanses for weeks! However, I do believe that having a juice daily is a great way to ingest vitamins into the body and can help you to loose weight naturally. I am not qualified to tell you the ins and outs of juicing, but here are some great documentaries I have been watching lately on Netflix.


1. Hungry for change

2. What the Health 

3. Rotten 

4. Fat, sick and nearly dead (1&2)


These have all really educated me and motivated me into changing the way I eat and what I put into my body. I was never really good at eating fruits. I liked my vegetables, but I never made an effort to eat them every day. In the last few months I have made a few small changes and now feel better than ever. I feel more active, more positive and I could see the changes in my skin almost immediately. So after you have watched the above documentaries here is one of my favourite juice recipe's at the moment. I have been raving about this over on my Instagram stories, so if your a follower you know already!!
